“Hi, actually traffic was up by even more than that on day 2 (I’m the site admin), and there was a similar but smaller spike back in August when the Facebook news broke. Exciting times.
I’ve written up a “personal Q&A” to clarify some of the confusion circulating – partly due to a couple of articles implying that IBM and Eurotech are somehow trying to create “a whole new web”, which wasn’t actually stated in any press release that I’m aware of. Perhaps you will find it useful… I’ve also tried to round up a lot of the press and analyst coverage of the announcements at the end of the article as well.”
